Shipping policy

STANDARD

Bird + Bay offers standard shipping within Australia for a flat rate of $9.90, with free shipping on all orders over $120. 

All orders are sent with eParcel, via Australia Post, with unique tracking numbers to follow your order from Bird + Bay to you.

​Orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days. Please note that some rural locations may take a little longer. 

​We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia. Give a delivery address where you will most likely be during the day to receive your parcel, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of the delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.

EXPRESS

​We also offer 1-2 business days delivery within the Express Post next business day delivery network. The charge for Express shipping is $14.90.

LOCAL DELIVERY 

We are offering free local delivery for orders over $50 to the following postcodes: 3161, 3162, 3163, 3165, 3185-3194, 3204. Please leave delivery instructions (best delivery times, required timeframe if urgent, where to leave unattended if you're not home etc) in the order notes.

LOCAL PICKUP

​If you'd like same day pickup in Bentleigh, Victoria, choose this option and collect from our store at 49 Patterson Road Bentleigh during opening hours.
